The Company was formed by the Directors in 1979 and has been continuously active since its inception in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems for all types for commercial and industrial applications.   The Company engages in both new works and the upgrading of existing installations.

The Company possesses the necessary management, technical skills and resources to carry out contracts in the Gauteng region to a maximum contract value of approximately R25.0 million.   With the exception of specialist pipework insulation, which we sub-contract, all site installation activities are carried out in-house including the electrical installation through an associate company with a common directorate, Messrs. SANZ Refrigeration.

We undertake contract only installations according to the design by Consulting Engineers or can provide a design and contract service utilizing tried and tested heat load calculation programmes.   We produce CAD working drawings utilising the latest AutoCAD software to ensure speed, accuracy and quality of work.

We also undertake the service and maintenance of air conditioning systems and number several Clients with whom we have had a long association. The section under the Service and Maintenance Contracts indicate the nature of systems that we maintain which include most types of commercial and specialised buildings.

We are presently engaged in various works for Netcare, M-Net and the upgrading of the air conditioning at many of the Virgin Active Group of health clubs.   We are also providing the air conditioning and hot water services to the new Planet Fitness Gym at Village Walk and a major air conditioning upgrade at 124 Main Street, Johannesburg.

The Company possesses all necessary statutory requirements i.e. Workman’s Compensation, Contractors All Risks insurance cover etc.
